Summary: Working with Aniesa to arrange our stay was wonderful. She was very attentive and friendly and offered lots of recommendations for local beaches and restaurants nearby. I much prefer working with homeowners for this reason, as opposed to agencies that manage many homes. The personal touches make it much more special. I wish more homes on VRBO were owned by individuals. Not a fan of the big organizations who buy up all the homes in an area. We rented the house for the location, but also for the number of beds. Six women on a college reunion weekend. It’s very hard to find that many beds in any home. The set up was perfect, with plenty of room for us inside and outside on the back deck. Outdoor shower is always a bonus. Bedrooms were spacious, The second living room space in the basement would be perfect for older children. Kitchen was well stocked, as was the bookcase full of everything from beach reads to mysteries. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and a quick walk to a beach, and an ice cream shop! Close to town and other activities as well. additional bonus was the wraparound driveway able to easily fit six cars. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there in the future.
